When you communicate with our leasing team by phone or text message, we collect:

  • Phone calls: Calls with our leasing team may be recorded for the purpose of managing your file, internal training, and improving the quality of our services. An automated notice informs you of the recording at the beginning of each call. By continuing the conversation, you consent to the recording. Automated summaries and transcriptions may be generated from these recordings.
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS): Text messages exchanged with our leasing team are retained in our management system to ensure follow-up on your file.
  • Emails: Emails exchanged with our team in connection with your rental inquiry are retained for file follow-up purposes.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse our sites, we automatically collect:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • Actions taken (clicks, scrolling, form interactions)
  • Device type and browser used
  • Source of your visit (search engine, direct link, referral platform)

This data is used to improve the user experience on our sites and to analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

4. Data Retention

  • Request deletion of your information
  • Obtain a copy of your data in a common format
  • Be informed of any privacy incident concerning you

Note: If you do not wish your calls to be recorded, you may inform our agent at the beginning of the call or contact us by email.

  • The recording of phone calls with our team, as announced at the beginning of each call
